The letter from American Councils.
Dear Friends of Russian NEWL,
Russian NEWL will go forward in 2020! We will be allowing students to take the exam from home with strict on-line monitoring from Washington, D.C. American Councils test administration specialists will handle all test proctoring.

We will be announcing final testing dates by April 10th and providing more details per registration. If your students have already registered, there is no need to re-register. The last day to register for NEWL 2020 will be May 10th. You may click here for the NEWL Registration Instructions.
All students will receive instructions on how set up their computers and how to take the exam in the modified format. All students will also participate in a brief online orientation session several days prior to test administration on a date determined by American Councils.
