Ms. Orbe is a graduate of Manhattan College who received her degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in English.

English is an exciting subject for her to teach as she has much experience in reading, writing, and literature. She has experience helping those learning English as a Second Language using effective tools for reading and relating everything to everyday life.

Ms. Orbe also possesses her Masters in Education with a specialty in Special Education. She has over 6years experience working with children of all ages including teaching after school enrichment programs in Northern New Jersey as well as being an assistant teacher in the Special Education setting.

Ms. Orbe has an incredible passion for teaching and loves to compose thought provoking and stimulating lessons by incorporating Howard Gardner’s “Theory of Multiple Intelligences”. She believes children all learn differently and so one must teach to every child’s individual needs. Her student’s have never ceased to amaze her with their capabilities and appreciates student and parent feed back as much as possible when planning her lessons.

She has designed innovative strategies to promote effective learning experiences and cannot wait to implement them into the program so that students may enter the exciting world of English and develop a love of learning and English as much as she does!
