In this beginners class, we will explore the fundamentals of Chess. We will learn the rules, piece movement, and basic checkmates. Principles of the opening phase will be discussed. Simple tactics will be presented with the ideas will pave the way for more advanced training later on.

This​ ​intermediate class will review all the principles of classical chess. Hypermodern chess ideas will be looked at. The interaction of strategy and tactics will be considered as this will take the student to the next level. The student will have to bring in their games, and they will be reviewed. This area is most important to analyze their own games critically.

In this advanced class, more sophisticated tactics will be studied. We will discuss chess imbalances which are the heart of tournament praxis today. All aspects of chess from opening preparation, endgame techniques, and middle game imbalances will be considered.
