| PROGRAM | Fall 19 This class is designed for returning student/singers and children ages 6 to 7, who will continue to learn the principles of choral music, like listening, pairing, tuning and performing. We will also begin to learn basic music theory and introduction to solfege (music reading). With a more difficult repertory, students will begin to sing songs in 2 voices (simple harmonization). The group will meet once a week for 45 minutes class/rehearsal leading to their active participation in the end-of-semester concert. |
