Please find below the general information about the 2010 Summer Camp.
This summer we are located in Rutgers Student Center (RSC) on 126 College Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 We are in Red Lion Cafe (two flights down from the main entrance) It is an air conditioned space. The pool we will be using is next door pool at College Recreation Center. Only our campers will be using pool at our time. Rutgers provides life guards, we have a swim instructor. For outdoor recreation sport we will be using Buccleuch Park Easton Ave., New Brunswick and we will walk to RSC from there (four block walk). It is a beautiful Park with a Playground and a lot of sport fields. Contact us to schedule meeting to see all facilities.
• Time: Starting day is July 6th and we run the camp for 4 weeks from July 6th to July 30th, from 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Babysitting after 5:00 -6:00pm is available. • Location: Recreational sport activities take place at Buccleuch Park Easton Ave., New Brunswick, from 8:00-11:00 and after this all campers will walk to Rutgers College Student Center of Rutgers. Classes and lunch take place at RSC Very important: Drop off at 8:00-8:30at Buccleuch Park, playground area and pick up at Rutgers College Student Center , Red Lion Cafe from 4:30-5:00. • Activities: o 8:00 - gathering outside in Buccleuch Park at Playground area o 8:00 – 11:00 - outdoor recreational sports in the park. o 11:30-12:00 Hot lunch at Rutgers Student Center (catering service) o 12:00 - 2:30 - classes ( Russian, Math, Chess, Art and etc) at RSC. Snacks. o 2:30-3:30 Swimming pool at College Swimming pool (next door to RSC) o 3:30-4:30 classes o 4:30 - 5:00 pick-up Once a week we will have a field trip (mostly on Wednesdays) All further info about our camp life will be send to you by e-mail, please read it regularly!

Gathering. We meet starting at 8:00 am outside in Buccleuch Park in Playground area on sunny days and inside Rutgers Student Center, Red Lion Cafe on rainy days. When arriving, do not leave without actually seeing (making eye contact) someone from our staff.
Tuition: Tuition $400/week (5days week) First week (4 days) $320 Tuition for the whole camp should be paid on the first day of camp unless priory agreed differently. Groups: There are four age groups campers are divided. The groups will be posted on camp page.
Updated Schedule: Will be posted on camp page Medical form: Medical form for the camp must be given to us prior or on the first day of camp Ask your doctor to give us a note if your kid need any special attention from us (allergy?) and vaccination record Also a copy of your Medical Insurance is needed
Consent form Consent form for camp must be given to us prior or on the first day of camp. We will be on trips once a week
After hours After hour starts at 5:00 to 6:00 Cost is $4 for an after hour

Day phone numbers We will provide you with a list of day telephone numbers on the first day of camp
Bring to camp every day the following: For the camp session, please make sure that every day your kids bring a bottle of spring water, sun screen lotion, hats, appropriate clothes and importantly footwear for sport activities. Swimming: a swimming suit, a CAP, a towel, etc. For young kids, please bring along a sleeping bag with the child’s name on it.
Pick up children between 4:30-5:00 The last minute to pick up your child is 4:59 No late pick up will be allowed except for those who signs for after hours Parking will be available on parking lot next to RSC
The info for car pools. We’ve sent you the list of campers with the info about the city our camper lives in and the parents' names and telephones. Please contact each other for more convenient driving
